With over 40 years experience between them in crafting, cooking & presenting dishes from around the world, Mana (left) and Ravi are delighted to present their menu to you here at The 48.
Both have travelled extensively and bring a background of experience in Asian cuisine & style that partners perfectly. Mana, who originates from Thailand, brings expertise in Thai, Chinese & Indonesian food, with Ravi's South Indian coastal roots and flair for fresh fish adding to his instinct for blending European flavours with modern tastes.
